We had a nice stay at this hip new hotel. Halong Bay was a couple of blocks away from the property, thoroughly enjoyed its location very close to the airport-3 minutes drive. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 25 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast was gorgeous and good, included cheap options.

The hotel is clean and provides great value for money. the location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, eateries, and coffee shops. Rooms are well-appointed, neat, and equipped with AC, large beds, and big windows. A variety of good breakfast items are available to choose from.

The Terrace with a City View: Sitting on the terrace, sipping my morning coffee while overlooking the bustling city below felt like being on a balcony in the heart of a romantic European city. It was the perfect spot to start my day with a breathtaking view.

I recently had a great stay at Starlight in Ha Long. the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They also provided valuable information about half day and full day trips to Halong Bay. I was especially grateful for their assistance when I realized I had left my recently purchased Chromecast in the hotel TV. Despite being in Hanoi at the time, the staff went above and beyond by shipping the Chromecast to me through a bus. This gesture truly meant a lot to me. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.

During my recent business trip to Ha Long, my director chose the Starlight hotel for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the various recreational opportunities offered by the hotel. From the soothing spa to the well-equipped fitness center, there were plenty of options to unwind after a long day of meetings. the complimentary bottled water provided by the hotel was a thoughtful touch, ensuring that I stayed hydrated throughout my stay.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at Starlight hotel was the lack of patience displayed by one of the female staff members.

The hotel room was super comfy and spotless. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach nearby. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The piano in the foyer was a nice touch, great to listen to the talented young girl playing. Nothing bad to say, pleasant stay with great value for money.

Staff keeps you entertained with their dismal customer service. Mini-golf is a great activity to distract you from the mediocre amenities. Wow, free private parking spaces! Who knew that was such a luxury?

The "complimentary WiFi access" is a nice touch, especially when it doesn't actually work.

During our romantic escape, we found the perfect spot to stay in the heart of Ha Long. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and more well-maintained. the shower curtain was in need of replacement, and there were some hair remnants in the shower drain that we had to remove ourselves.
